Q: Are all your Sprint cell phones genuine?

A: Yes.  All our Sprint cell phones come in their original Sprint retail boxes with logo(s) on the phone. 

Q: Are your Sprint cell phones brand new or refurbished?

A: All Sprint cell phonres we sell are guaranteed to be brand new and not refurbished.

Q: Do Sprint cell phones use sim cards?

A: No.  Sprint uses CDMA technology.

Q: Will this phone work with any other carrier's besides Sprint?

A: No.  All Sprint cell phones we sell can only be used with Sprint.  It is locked to their service only.

Q: Can I request the ESN prior to purchasing to verify the phone was not reported lost or stolen?

A: Due to security reasons, we do not give out ESNs.  The phone is guaranteed to be clean.

Q: How do I activate the phone?

A: You can take it to any Sprint store, call customer service or log into your online account and swap phones.

Q: Do I have to sign a new contract or extend my current contract if i buy this phone?

A: No.  Your are purchasing this item with no contract or extension involved.

Q: Do your Sprint phones come with a warranty?

A: The phone comes with a one year warranty thru Sprint.

Q: Can I add insurance thru Sprint?

A: If you currently have insurance, it will carry over once you swap phones.  If you do not, you will have to call customer service or take it to a Sprint store to add insurance.
