A: Yes. All our AT&T Cingular cell phones come in their original AT&T Cingular retail boxes with logo(s) on the phone.
Please note that there are many websites selling "gray" market phones with just flashed AT&T Cingular software on the phone. AT&T Cingular will not honor any manufacturer covered issues since it is not a genuine AT&T Cingular product.
